Currently, we are actively seeking to fill the following positions:

Customer Advisor (80-100%)

Benefit from our excellent internal training and further education. As part of a well-coordinated team, you’ll be integrated into a professional and dynamic environment. We distinguish ourselves with individuals who have an outstanding track record and excellent teamwork.


  • Personal support for private customers and regional small and medium-sized businesses in the field of property, personal, and life insurance
  • Sales of insurance and pension solutions, including acquisition and support of new clients
  • Analysis of customer needs, identification of risks, and presentation of individual solutions for your clients.

What you bring

  • Completed vocational training (VBV/AFA certification advantageous)
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, you enjoy working independently
  • Flexible and resilient personality with above-average social skills, you highly value direct customer contact and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
  • Excellent German language skills in both written and spoken, any additional foreign language is advantageous
  • Good IT skills (MS-Office/Internet)
  • Driver’s license
